Agriture is committed to upcycling non-standard vegetables—poorly shaped and unable to reach the market—and to processing that draws out the ingredients’ original value. To avoid spoiling the vegetables’ flavor and color, we dry them slowly at low temperature, concentrating natural sweetness and nutrition. Furthermore, we pursue the optimal cutting method for each vegetable day by day, achieving both ease of use in cooking and deliciousness. It is a manufacturing stance unique to Agriture that achieves both food loss reduction and high-quality product creation.

Case Examples of Raw Material Consultations
You want to use it as an ingredient for a topping bar
A restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo, with a topping concept consulted us about ingredients it could serve in-store. For its nature-oriented customers, we selected and introduced products with traceable production backgrounds.
When ready-made stock is available, delivery is usually possible in about two to three weeks. For new processing or specified raw materials, the guide is about two to four weeks. For urgent cases, we will consider short-delivery handling through advance consultation, so please feel free to consult us.
First, please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form or by phone. We welcome you even at the stage of “I want to know what kind of processing is possible” or “I want a rough idea of the price.” After you contact us, our staff will send you materials and take time to hear about your situation.
If you can give us a rough idea of the raw materials you currently have, the product image you are aiming for, and your sales destinations, our subsequent proposals will go smoothly. Please feel free to reach out with the mindset of simply “giving consultation a try.”
Consultation / meeting
Based on the content of your inquiry, we will talk in detail with our staff. Online or by phone, we carefully ask about points such as “what ingredients you want to use,” “what kind of product you want to make,” and “what your sales destinations and expected lots are.” At this stage, it is fine if some things are undecided.
While introducing the ingredients we handle and our processing track record, we will organize the direction together. As needed, we will also present proposals for processing methods and specifications and a quote at this time.
Prototype production / sample shipment
Based on the content of the consultation, we actually produce samples. While adjusting fine specifications such as drying temperature, cut size, and blend ratio, we aim for a finish close to your image. After you review the sample, we repeat prototyping multiple times as needed, incorporating feedback such as “make the texture a little softer” or “make the color more vivid.”
We handle this carefully until the finish is satisfactory, so even those tackling product development for the first time can feel at ease. We will inform you of the prototyping cost in advance.
Full production / product development
Based on the specifications confirmed in prototyping, we begin full production. After finalizing the production quantity, delivery date, packaging specifications, and more, we adjust the schedule. We maintain thorough quality control during production and respond with a consistent management structure so there is no unevenness in the finish. Finished products are inspected and delivered in the specified format.
Even after the first production, we flexibly handle requests for additional orders and specification changes, so we have a structure in place for a long-term partnership. Please feel free to consult us about lot adjustments to match sales after commercialization.
