Agriture, flexibly handling everything from small lots to large lots
Agriture is committed to upcycling non-standard vegetables—poorly shaped and unable to reach the market—and to processing that draws out the ingredients’ original value. To avoid spoiling the vegetables’ flavor and color, we dry them slowly at low temperature, concentrating natural sweetness and nutrition. Furthermore, we pursue the optimal cutting method for each vegetable day by day, achieving both ease of use in cooking and deliciousness. It is a manufacturing stance unique to Agriture that achieves both food loss reduction and high-quality product creation.
Uses non-standard vegetables
We process by upcycling unused non-standard vegetables that are poorly shaped and would be discarded.
Dry processing at low temperature
We dry slowly at low temperature so the vegetables’ flavor and color remain, drawing out sweetness.
Customized cutting
We change the cutting method by vegetable, pursuing the deliciousness of vegetables day by day.

Guide to delivery
When ready-made stock is available, delivery is usually possible in about two to three weeks. For urgent cases, we will consider short-delivery handling through advance consultation. For new processing or specified raw materials, the guide is about two to four weeks.

Consultation examples for vegetable powder
As a raw material for cookies and sweets
We were consulted about vegetable powder as an ingredient for cookies and baked sweets served at a café. Because it is a naturally derived ingredient, we proposed several kinds of Kyoto-grown vegetables for product development that children can eat with peace of mind.
For product development aimed at children
As part of a product development idea for soups children can eat with peace of mind, we were consulted about vegetable powder. As products to supplement the nutrition of spinach, carrot, kabocha, and more, we also proposed some of the vegetable series rich in functional components.
Other patterns of requests we receive
We want to source commercial vegetable powder on an ongoing basis
For confectionery, noodle, seasoning, and health food manufacturers, we handle ongoing sourcing of commercial vegetable powder. Recurring monthly or quarterly orders are also possible, and we provide stable supply to match your products and lines.
We want to source superfood-type powders
We handle sourcing of powders of notable superfood ingredients—moringa, beetroot, mugwort, kale, and more. They can be used for high-value-added product development such as health-oriented products, supplements, and smoothie ingredients.
We want to make an original spec by specifying particle size and color
We handle production of original-spec vegetable powder to suit your use—particle size (coarse grind, fine grind), color depth, blend ratio, and more. We propose finishes to match your product concept—kneading into confectionery dough, seasonings, beverages, coloring uses, and more.
Benefits of adopting vegetable powder
Scrollable
Overwhelmingly high freedom in blending and coloring
Vegetable powder enables “uniform mixing with other ingredients,” which is difficult with fresh or dried vegetables. Just adding a small amount to dough, sauces, or beverages spreads the vegetables’ color, flavor, and nutrition evenly. It can also be used as a naturally derived colorant, making it ideal for developing clean-label products that want to avoid synthetic colorants.
Uniform blending
Natural coloring
Product design where “vegetables are invisible” is possible
A strength unique to powder is that it can naturally deliver vegetables even to children who dislike them and to targets prone to avoiding them by appearance. By dissolving it into bread, sweets, noodles, soups, and more, you can design products that raise nutritional value without sacrificing ease of eating. It becomes a major differentiator in developing health-oriented and children’s products.
Ease of eating
Nutritional enhancement
Nutritional components can be designed to the gram
By powdering, you can precisely control, to the gram, the amount of vegetables and the nutritional value contained per product unit. Functional appeals such as “equivalent to 100 g of vegetables per serving” or “a day’s worth of vitamins blended in” can be assembled precisely from the design stage. It is an ideal format for developing supplements, functional foods, and nutrition-enhanced products.

Questions about raw material wholesale of vegetable powder
From what minimum lot can I order?
Vegetable powder can be ordered from small quantities of 100 g. We handle a wide range—from small-volume adoption at the prototyping and product development stage to commercial orders of a kilogram or more. After confirming color and usability in small quantities, you can switch to production lots.
Please tell me the items you handle.
We handle a wide range, from staple vegetables such as spinach, tomato, carrot, kabocha, beetroot, kale, moringa, mugwort, and Kujo green onion to notable superfood ingredients. We can also powder Kyoto vegetables and heirloom vegetables.
Can I specify the growing region?
Yes, it is possible. For requests such as “I want to use Kyoto-grown vegetables” or “I want to insist on 100% domestic,” we respond by making the most of our nationwide contract farmer network. If you need a certificate of origin, please consult us.
Can I specify the particle size (coarseness)?
We can accommodate particle sizes to suit the use—coarse grind, medium grind, fine grind, and more. We propose the optimal particle size to match the product’s characteristics—kneading into confectionery dough, seasonings, beverages, coloring uses, and more. Because solubility and mouthfeel change with particle size, we accept consultations to suit the use. Note, however, that there are lot-quantity limits.
Do you use additives or excipients?
Agriture’s vegetable powder is finished as 100% vegetable, using no additives or excipients. It can be used with peace of mind for clean-label products, organic-oriented product development, and as a supplement raw material.
How long does delivery take?
When ready-made stock is available, delivery is usually possible in about two to three weeks. For new processing or specified raw materials, the guide is about two to four weeks. For urgent cases, we will consider short-delivery handling through advance consultation, so please feel free to consult us.
Do you support ongoing recurring sourcing?
Yes, we handle recurring monthly or quarterly orders. Stable supply is possible to match the annual plan of your products and lines. For long-term contracts, you can also consult us about preferential terms on price and delivery.
How consultation works
Scrollable
Inquiry / materials request
First, please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form or by phone. We welcome you even at the stage of “I want to know what kind of processing is possible” or “I want a rough idea of the price.” After you contact us, our staff will send you materials and take time to hear about your situation.
If you can give us a rough idea of the raw materials you currently have, the product image you are aiming for, and your sales destinations, our subsequent proposals will go smoothly. Please feel free to reach out with the mindset of simply “giving consultation a try.”
Consultation / meeting
Based on the content of your inquiry, we will talk in detail with our staff. Online or by phone, we carefully ask about points such as “what ingredients you want to use,” “what kind of product you want to make,” and “what your sales destinations and expected lots are.” At this stage, it is fine if some things are undecided.
While introducing the ingredients we handle and our processing track record, we will organize the direction together. As needed, we will also present proposals for processing methods and specifications and a quote at this time.
Prototype production / sample shipment
Based on the content of the consultation, we actually produce samples. While adjusting fine specifications such as drying temperature, cut size, and blend ratio, we aim for a finish close to your image. After you review the sample, we repeat prototyping multiple times as needed, incorporating feedback such as “make the texture a little softer” or “make the color more vivid.”
We handle this carefully until the finish is satisfactory, so even those tackling product development for the first time can feel at ease. We will inform you of the prototyping cost in advance.
Full production / product development
Based on the specifications confirmed in prototyping, we begin full production. After finalizing the production quantity, delivery date, packaging specifications, and more, we adjust the schedule. We maintain thorough quality control during production and respond with a consistent management structure so there is no unevenness in the finish. Finished products are inspected and delivered in the specified format.
Even after the first production, we flexibly handle requests for additional orders and specification changes, so we have a structure in place for a long-term partnership. Please feel free to consult us about lot adjustments to match sales after commercialization.
