Under the vision “Creating the future of agriculture through drying technology,” Agriture is a food manufacturer that produces and sells dried foods using domestic vegetables and fruit. Finding value even in non-standard and unused agricultural products, we aim to achieve both food loss reduction and the sustainability of agriculture. Through technologies such as low-temperature drying, we pursue product creation that makes the most of the ingredients’ flavor and nutrition. Centered on commercial and OEM use, we develop a business that supports the future of farming and food together with partners at home and abroad.
Centered on Kyoto-grown vegetables,over 50 kinds of dried vegetables and fruitare provided as commercial raw materials. For restaurants, food manufacturers, and OEM development, we can flexibly handleeverything from small lots to stable supply.
Commercial wholesale of dried fruit made using only domestic fruit and processed without sugar. We also handlespecified-growing-region raw materials, such as Kyoto-grown pear, Ehime-grown mandarin orange, and domestic apple.
We can propose raw materials to suit the use—confectionery, bakery, café menus, health food OEM, and more.

We process agricultural products from brought-in raw materials and manufacture products using fresh raw materials we provide. We support product development end to end, through to small-pouch filling for commercialization.

OYAOYA is a dried vegetable brand that makes use of non-standard vegetables that don’t reach the market for reasons of shape or size. In cooperation with contract farmers centered on northern Kyoto, we run the business aiming for food loss reduction and the future of agriculture. We also post recipes for dried vegetables.
A matching media that connects food OEM manufacturers across the country with companies and brands that have something they “want to make.” We carefully select and list factory information that meets fine manufacturing needs such as small-lot support and special processing. We also publish original content such as interview articles.
A corporate benefit service where 100% domestic-vegetable dried vegetables are kept stocked in the office, and you can easily top up nutrition just by adding them to cup noodles or soup. By upcycling non-standard vegetables, it achieves employees’ health management, farmer support, and food loss reduction all at once. We also publish original content such as adoption case studies.
A specialty brand that delivers stories and food experiences, centered on dried pears made by drying Kyoto-grown “Nijisseiki” pears at low temperature without sugar. While valuing the fruit’s original flavor, we also provide content that stays close to daily life through a web magazine and recipe information.
A food media that combines Japanese seasonal vegetables with the wisdom of yakuzen to bring “eating to balance yourself” into daily life. We share recipes and ingredient guides suited to constitution and season in an easy-to-understand way, proposing food-based self-care that can be practiced without specialized yakuzen knowledge and supporting self-care habits.
The dried vegetables we manufacture in-house use non-standard-friendly vegetables sourced from partner farmers in Kyoto. Because the growing region and processing site are close by, we work to process them while they are fresh.

Just as delicious, yet rejected from the market solely for uneven appearance or shape. We felt an issue in the way such non-standard vegetables have nowhere to go. The crops that farmers raise with great devotion each have their own value. We want to properly convey that value and build a system that can circulate it. Agriture’s sustainability began from that thought.
