Agriture CEO
Bring-in dry processing is ideal for customers who want to "commercialize ingredients from my own farm" or "make a coffee with devotion using origin-specified raw materials." The appropriate drying conditions differ greatly by ingredient, and getting the temperature or time wrong spoils the aroma and flavor. We design the optimal processing recipe for each item and finish the raw material with coffee compatibility in mind.

An original blend is the work of distilling a brand's world into the form of coffee. By hearing specifics -- the target and drinking occasion, such as "a coffee to drink when waking in the morning," "a cup for relaxing time," or "a gorgeous flavor for gifting" -- we can design a product that resonates more. We also have track records making the most of unique ingredients in the past, such as rose coffee and Kyoto-vegetable coffee. We craft a one-of-a-kind cup, accompanying you from the concept stage.
We blended dried Kujo green onion -- which softens when heated and offers a corn-like flavor not found in raw Kujo green onion -- with coffee. Being a Kyoto heirloom vegetable, it can be proposed as a gift-oriented product.
Developing rose coffee
We received a request to develop a coffee using roses grown at the client's own farm. At the client's request for organic coffee, we sourced suitable coffee beans. Because it was a gift-oriented product, we finished it as a special item using specialty coffee.
Other patterns of requests we receive
I want to do coffee OEM in a small lot
A request from those who want to commercialize an original coffee in a small lot using their own farm's ingredients or sourced materials. It's also used for product development from small volumes that's difficult with mass production -- prototype sales, store-limited products, anniversary items, novelties, and the like.
I want to develop a coffee that fits my brand concept
A request from those who want to develop an original blend to match their brand's world or the value they want to convey, such as "specialty," "organic," or "making the most of regional ingredients." We accompany you consistently, from bean selection to flavor design, roasting, and packaging.
I want to use my own ingredients as coffee raw material
A request from those who want to process vegetables, fruits, flowers, or herbs grown at their own farm, or ingredients sourced with a specified origin, as raw material for flavored coffee. We apply the optimal processing for each item -- drying, roasting, milling, and more -- and finish the raw material with coffee compatibility in mind.
First, please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form or by phone. We welcome you even at the stage of “I want to know what kind of processing is possible” or “I want a rough idea of the price.” After you contact us, our staff will send you materials and take time to hear about your situation.
If you can give us a rough idea of the raw materials you currently have, the product image you are aiming for, and your sales destinations, our subsequent proposals will go smoothly. Please feel free to reach out with the mindset of simply “giving consultation a try.”
Consultation / meeting
Based on the content of your inquiry, we will talk in detail with our staff. Online or by phone, we carefully ask about points such as “what ingredients you want to use,” “what kind of product you want to make,” and “what your sales destinations and expected lots are.” At this stage, it is fine if some things are undecided.
While introducing the ingredients we handle and our processing track record, we will organize the direction together. As needed, we will also present proposals for processing methods and specifications and a quote at this time.
Prototype production / sample shipment
Based on the content of the consultation, we actually produce samples. While adjusting fine specifications such as drying temperature, cut size, and blend ratio, we aim for a finish close to your image. After you review the sample, we repeat prototyping multiple times as needed, incorporating feedback such as “make the texture a little softer” or “make the color more vivid.”
We handle this carefully until the finish is satisfactory, so even those tackling product development for the first time can feel at ease. We will inform you of the prototyping cost in advance.
Full production / product development
Based on the specifications confirmed in prototyping, we begin full production. After finalizing the production quantity, delivery date, packaging specifications, and more, we adjust the schedule. We maintain thorough quality control during production and respond with a consistent management structure so there is no unevenness in the finish. Finished products are inspected and delivered in the specified format.
Even after the first production, we flexibly handle requests for additional orders and specification changes, so we have a structure in place for a long-term partnership. Please feel free to consult us about lot adjustments to match sales after commercialization.
A message from the CEO
To become a presence like a “greengrocer”
Hello, I’m Rei Kojima, CEO of Agriture Inc. Born and raised in Kyoto, what I encountered while studying agriculture at university was the reality of “non-standard vegetables”—produce that loses its place simply for being uneven in shape or size. Vegetables that farmers raised with great care cannot sell at fair prices.
Wanting to face that issue, I founded this company while still a student.
Being in a win-win relationship with farmers. That is our origin, and it remains our unwavering axis today. Giving new value to non-standard vegetables and serving as a “greengrocer” that connects farmers and consumers, we work on the survival of agriculture and food loss reduction.

Coffee OEM details and FAQ
What is the minimum lot you can handle?
Filling into drip bags can be handled from an extremely small lot of 10 pouches, and for customer-supplied raw material, from 1 kg dried. It can also be used for small-volume product rollouts such as prototype sales, store-limited products, anniversary items, and novelties.
How long is the production period (lead time)?
For ordinary small-pouch filling, as fast as 2 weeks; when starting from original-blend design or dry processing of supplied raw material, as fast as 3 weeks is the guide. It varies with the number of prototypes and the raw-material sourcing situation, so if you have a desired delivery date, consult us early.
Can you handle sourcing of specialty coffee or organic beans?
Yes, we can. Making the most of a sourcing network specialized in specialty coffee, we handle procurement of high-quality single-origin beans and Organic JAS-certified organic beans. From bean selection that pays attention to origin, farm, and processing method to designing the roast level to match your brand's world, we make proposals.
Can I bring in vegetables, fruits, or herbs harvested at my own farm for processing?
Yes, we handle contract processing of customer-supplied raw material (domestic). We take in fresh ingredients from 1 kg and process them, setting the optimal drying temperature and time for each item. Roasting and milling finishes with coffee compatibility in mind are also possible, so feel free to consult us to match your harvest schedule.
I'd like to consult starting from the blend design of a flavored coffee -- is that possible?
Yes. After hearing your target, drinking occasion, and the flavor and aroma you're aiming for -- such as "a coffee to drink when waking in the morning," "a cup for relaxing time," or "a gorgeous flavor for gifting" -- we propose the optimal blend, from selecting the base bean to combining it with flavor ingredients. We also have development track records making the most of unique ingredients in the past, such as rose coffee and Kyoto-vegetable coffee.
How far can I specify the packaging and drip-bag shape?
You can choose from drip bags, small pouches of ground coffee or beans, stick type, and more to match your product concept. We handle everything consistently, from packaging materials such as aluminum bags, paper bags, and clear bags to sticker application and labeling. We also accept consultations starting from design and material selection.
How is the price determined?
Because the price varies with the kind of coffee bean, flavor ingredients, lot size, processing content, and packaging specifications, we present a separate quote. Let us know your desired product image, expected lot, delivery date, and so on via the inquiry form, and we'll send a rough estimate within 3 business days.
