Tea using dried fruit is an ideal item for gifts and café menus, with its visual gorgeousness and natural sweetness. Because the way aroma comes through changes with the fruit’s dryness and cut size, delicate adjustment to suit the use is essential. Please feel free to send us brought-in inquiries such as “I want to commercialize fruit from my own orchard” or “I want to make a brand tea with local fruit.”

Teas of flowers and herbs are items whose appeal lies in aroma, effect, and visual gorgeousness. Because aroma strength and color development differ by ingredient, the balance design of the blend greatly influences the finish. We also welcome consultations such as “I want to commercialize ingredients from my own herb garden” or “I want to make a brand tea themed on a specific effect.” While hearing your concept and the product image you aim for, we propose the optimal blend.

Brought-in drying processing is ideal for customers who want to “commercialize ingredients from my own farm” or “make a carefully crafted tea with raw materials from a specified growing region.” The appropriate drying conditions differ greatly by ingredient, and getting the temperature or time wrong can spoil the aroma and nutrition. We design the optimal processing recipe for each item, finishing them into raw materials that draw out the ingredient’s appeal to the fullest. We can also flexibly accommodate your harvest schedule, so please feel free to consult us.

An original blend is the work of translating a brand’s worldview into the form of tea. By hearing specifically about the target and drinking scene—such as “a tea to drink on a night when you want to relax” or “for women mindful of beauty”—we can design a product that resonates more deeply. Specialist staff well-versed in vegetables, herbs, and yakuzen ingredients walk alongside you from the concept stage, proposing a one-of-a-kind blend.
Recent development cases
Development of 5 kinds of vegetable tea using Kyoto vegetables
We developed teas blending Kyoto vegetables in our stock with spices and proposed them to an inbound-oriented hotel. Manganji pepper, blended with lemongrass herb, achieved a crisp, refreshing finish.
Development of 5 kinds of fruit tea
We were asked to develop fruit teas that working women could drink with complete peace of mind. Large-cut items such as pineapple were finely cut and packed into tea bags. We also made it a point to add shikuwasa to develop a tea that isn’t too sweet.
Other patterns of requests we receive
We want to do small-lot tea OEMい
This is a request from those who want to commercialize an original tea in small lots using ingredients from their own farm or purchased ingredients. It is also used for product development from small quantities that is hard with mass production—trial sales, store-limited products, anniversary gifts, and more.

We have materials available to help you understand dried processing OEM
Agriture OEM, flexibly handling everything from small lots to large lots
First, please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form or by phone. We welcome you even at the stage of “I want to know what kind of processing is possible” or “I want a rough idea of the price.” After you contact us, our staff will send you materials and take time to hear about your situation.
If you can give us a rough idea of the raw materials you currently have, the product image you are aiming for, and your sales destinations, our subsequent proposals will go smoothly. Please feel free to reach out with the mindset of simply “giving consultation a try.”
Consultation / meeting
Based on the content of your inquiry, we will talk in detail with our staff. Online or by phone, we carefully ask about points such as “what ingredients you want to use,” “what kind of product you want to make,” and “what your sales destinations and expected lots are.” At this stage, it is fine if some things are undecided.
While introducing the ingredients we handle and our processing track record, we will organize the direction together. As needed, we will also present proposals for processing methods and specifications and a quote at this time.
Prototype production / sample shipment
Based on the content of the consultation, we actually produce samples. While adjusting fine specifications such as drying temperature, cut size, and blend ratio, we aim for a finish close to your image. After you review the sample, we repeat prototyping multiple times as needed, incorporating feedback such as “make the texture a little softer” or “make the color more vivid.”
We handle this carefully until the finish is satisfactory, so even those tackling product development for the first time can feel at ease. We will inform you of the prototyping cost in advance.
Full production / product development
Based on the specifications confirmed in prototyping, we begin full production. After finalizing the production quantity, delivery date, packaging specifications, and more, we adjust the schedule. We maintain thorough quality control during production and respond with a consistent management structure so there is no unevenness in the finish. Finished products are inspected and delivered in the specified format.
Even after the first production, we flexibly handle requests for additional orders and specification changes, so we have a structure in place for a long-term partnership. Please feel free to consult us about lot adjustments to match sales after commercialization.
A message from the CEO
To become a presence like a “greengrocer”
Hello, I’m Rei Kojima, CEO of Agriture Inc. Born and raised in Kyoto, what I encountered while studying agriculture at university was the reality of “non-standard vegetables”—produce that loses its place simply for being uneven in shape or size. Vegetables that farmers raised with great care cannot sell at fair prices.
Wanting to face that issue, I founded this company while still a student.
Being in a win-win relationship with farmers. That is our origin, and it remains our unwavering axis today. Giving new value to non-standard vegetables and serving as a “greengrocer” that connects farmers and consumers, we work on the survival of agriculture and food loss reduction.

Details of tea OEM and frequently asked questions
What is the minimum lot you can handle?
For blends using raw materials from our stock, from 100 g; for raw materials you bring in, from 1 kg dried. Because we take on tea bag filling from an extremely small lot of 10 bags, it can also be used for product rollouts from small quantities—trial sales, store-limited products, and more.
How long is the production period (lead time)?
For standard blending and small-pouch filling, the shortest is two weeks; when designing an original blend from scratch, three weeks is the guide. It varies depending on the number of prototypes and raw material sourcing, so if you have a desired delivery date, please consult us early.
Can you process vegetables and herbs harvested at my own farm that I bring in?
Yes, we handle contract processing of your brought-in raw materials (domestic). We take in fresh ingredients from 1 kg and process them, setting the optimal drying temperature and time for each item. We can also flexibly accommodate your harvest schedule, so please feel free to consult us.
I’d like to consult from the blend design—is that possible?
Yes. After interviewing you about the target, drinking scene, and the taste and aroma you aim for—such as “a tea to drink on a night when you want to relax” or “for women mindful of beauty”—we propose the optimal combination of ingredients. Specialist staff well-versed in vegetables, herbs, and yakuzen ingredients walk alongside you from the concept stage.
How far can I specify the packaging and tea bag shape?
Tea bags can be flat or pyramid type, and leaf type can be small pouches or sticks—selectable to match your product concept. We consistently handle packaging materials such as aluminum bags, paper bags, and clear bags, as well as seal-affixing and labeling. We also accept consultations starting from design and material selection.
Can I request prototype and sample production?
Yes, we handle prototype and sample production from small quantities. Whether you want to try and compare multiple blend patterns, or need samples for internal approval or a trade show, we respond flexibly to your purpose. We have a structure in place to move smoothly to full production after prototyping.
How is the price determined?
Because the price varies by raw material type, lot quantity, processing content, packaging specifications, and more, we provide a separate quote. If you let us know your desired product image, expected lot, delivery date, and more via the inquiry form, we will send a rough estimate within three business days.
