Coconut nectar

Coconut flower nectar (Vietnamese) — commercial wholesale of natural sweetener
A natural liquid sweetener made using 100% organic coconut flower nectar from Vietnam's Mekong Delta, processed with vacuum concentration technology (low-temperature concentration at 55–60°C). Flavor and nutrition protected by the vacuum concentration process
Coconut flower nectar is a liquid sweetener made by finishing flower nectar collected from coconut flowers at a low temperature of 55–60°C with vacuum concentration technology. It is kept in an easy-to-use liquid form while retaining the nutrients and the distinctive flower-nectar-derived flavor that tend to be lost with high-temperature heating. It is characterized by a complex flavor not found in other sweeteners, in which a faint saltiness and a fermentation-derived tartness can be felt within a gentle sweetness.
Coconut nectar is easy to use in liquid form and can be mixed directly into water-based processed products such as drinks, sauces, and marinades. While it can be handled much like honey, a major feature is that, as a vegan-compatible material, it can also be used to develop plant-based products.
Scenes for using commercial coconut nectar
Confectionery and baked-goods makers
It can be used as a sweetener for cakes, baked goods, granola, and energy bars. The liquid flower nectar blends well into batters, and as a substitute for refined sugar and honey, it is also suited to developing vegan-compatible products. Its caramel-like, rich sweetness pairs well with rustic baked goods.
Beverages and cafes
As a sweetening material for coffee, black tea, smoothies, nut milk, and juice. Because it is liquid, it dissolves easily straight into beverages and is a material easy to build into operations.
Prepared-food and seasoning makers
It can be used as a sweetening base for marinades, sauces, and dressings. Its distinctive flavor with a faint saltiness and tartness supports the depth of recipes that seek a deep sweetness, such as teriyaki sauces and ethnic seasonings. Being liquid and easy to mix, it is a sweetener easy to build into seasoning design.
Health foods and sports nutrition
As an ingredient for low-sugar and low-calorie foods, sports drinks, and functional foods. Because it naturally contains minerals and electrolytes, it can also be used as a base for electrolyte drinks.
OEM and vegan products
As a vegan-compatible sweetener, for OEM ingredients of plant-based foods and vegan sweets. Because it complies with international certifications, it can also be adopted for export-bound products.
