West Japan Food Industry Creation Fair ’26
The 36th West Japan Food Industry Creation Exhibition '26 is a specialist trade show held May 20 to 22, 2026, at Marine Messe Fukuoka in Fukuoka City, under the theme of technical innovation and industrial development in the food-manufacturing and processing field. With a wide range of exhibit sections -- food machinery, packaging and materials, hygiene and quality management, sustainable manufacturing technology, and more -- it supports solving on-site manufacturing challenges and envisioning the future.
