Product overview of dried spinach powder

Spinach is widely enjoyed as a green-and-yellow vegetable rich in iron, vitamins, and dietary fiber. Kyoto-grown spinach in particular, raised in a climate with large temperature swings, gains sweetness and features a vivid green color. By drying it and turning it into a powder, we've finished it into a product that concentrates this nutritional value and can be supplied at a stable quality.

Dried spinach powder, taking advantage of its vivid color and natural sweetness, is used as a material for a wide range of processed foods—soups, noodles, bread, smoothies, and more. Unlike fresh spinach, it has high shelf stability and can be used the moment you need it, which suits commercial use.

It also resists losing color even when heated, and because it's a powder it mixes uniformly, making it effective for kneading into noodle dough and coloring soups. It's also popular as a naturally derived colorant and useful in making health-oriented products.
