Product overview of dried ginger powder

Ginger powder is a product made by powdering aromatic ginger with a crisp, sharp pungency as it is. In particular, it uses open-field-grown new ginger from Kyotango, Kyoto Prefecture, concentrating the fresh flavor of just-dug ginger that comes into season in autumn. Drying makes the aroma stand out and brings out the pungency firmly.
