Background: Growing demand for small-lot filling and the gap in the existing OEM market

In the food industry, there is demand to first make just a small quantity and try it out, such as for test sales of new products, sample distribution at trade shows, and promotional novelties. Meanwhile, many OEM manufacturers assume large lots of thousands to tens of thousands of pouches for the sake of production efficiency, and there are no shortage of businesses saying they were turned down for small lots or that they are hitting the wall of a minimum lot.

We ourselves hit the same wall when starting test sales of a vegetable tea made from dried vegetables; because the lot count was too high, it was difficult to outsource the filling process. We take on small-pouch filling from small quantities that are difficult for major OEMs to accept. Because you can manufacture only the quantity you need, you can casually start prototyping new products, test marketing, or novelty production without carrying the risk of excess inventory.

We handle the filling of a wide range of raw materials, including powders, granules, dried vegetables, tea leaves, and herbs. We propose the optimal pouch format to match the application and the brand's world, such as stick type, three-side seal, four-side seal, and pillow pouch.

We handle everything seamlessly, from raw-material procurement, arranging packaging materials, and filling, to seal application, labeling, best-before date printing, and outer packing. Without the hassle of going across multiple vendors, this greatly reduces communication costs and delivery-time losses.
