Okinawa-Grown Dried Fruit Arrived
We've received new dried fruits: "dried pineapple" and "dried shikuwasa." Two dried fruits concentrating the refreshing flavor of tropical Okinawa are joining the lineup.

Concentrating the appeal of tropical fruit | Dried pineapple
Dried pineapple is made by slicing ripe pineapple and drying it slowly at low temperature. The sweet-tart flavor is concentrated, and a tropical taste spreads the more you chew. With its natural sweetness, it's great as a snack as is, and also recommended as a topping for yogurt or granola.

Refreshing flavor stands out | Dried shikuwasa
Dried shikuwasa is made using Okinawa-grown shikuwasa, dried whole with the peel. The tartness stands out, with a faint bitterness as an accent. Float it in black tea to enjoy the aroma, or use it as a topping for salads or sweets.

Valuing the deliciousness of the material as is
Agriture's dried fruits use no additives or sugar at all, so you can enjoy the flavor of domestic fruit just as it is. Drying improves shelf stability and makes them easy to carry too—ideal for the outdoors or as an accompaniment to a bento.
Beyond Kyoto-grown pears, we also handle mikan from Ehime and apples from Nagano.
Recommended for commercial use too
The new dried fruits also come in large commercial packs. They can be used as dessert material at cafés and restaurants, or as a raw material for confectionery manufacturers.
