Kyotamba radish

A project toward establishing radish as a regional product
This is a project started as a means of regional revitalization, initiated by Mr. Nomura, who grows radishes in the Kyotamba area of Kyoto. Agriture CEO Kojima supported the web system build and the back end, including SNS. We also produce dried vegetables using Kyotamba radish.Official website

About Kyotamba Town
It was born in Kyotamba, a food town known even within Kyoto for numerous branded farm products. Aspiring to the likes of black edamame and Tamba chestnuts, we aim to establish radish as a regional product, so that Kyotamba radish, too, can become a new specialty befitting a food town.
A radish bursting with deliciousness
It is a size or two larger than a typical radish, and its texture turns juicy when heated. You can enjoy it in a variety of dishes. Processed into dried vegetables, it lends itself to many ways of enjoying it, such as adding it to salads as a topping or using it in sweets.

Digital support specialized for farmers
Agriture will continue to develop its business toward sustainable ingredient sourcing and food-loss reduction, including not only dried vegetables that upcycle off-spec produce but also Kyoto vegetables and heirloom vegetables from other regions.
We also provide support in the digital domain, so we welcome inquiries regarding product development and new ventures.
