Kyoto Economic Gardening Support Enhancement Project Subsidy (Kyoto EG)

A large-scale program unique to Kyoto Prefecture, available to businesses in the prefecture. It covers a wide range, from new product development to market development, capital investment and use of experts, and suits larger product development projects based in Kyoto.

Program overview

  • Administering body:Kyoto Prefecture (Kyoto Industrial Support Organization 21)
  • Eligible applicants:SMEs in Kyoto Prefecture (including food manufacturers)
  • Maximum subsidy:Up to 30 million yen (up to 60 million yen for group applications)
  • Subsidy rate:Up to 1/2
  • Application period:Annual; prior consultation required
  • Status:To be confirmed
