Agriture, flexibly handling everything from small lots to large lots
Agriture upcycles off-spec fruit that is misshapen and cannot enter the market, with a commitment to processing that draws out the ingredient's original value. To avoid harming the vegetables' flavor and color, we dry slowly at low temperature, concentrating natural sweetness and nutrition. We also pursue the optimal cut for each vegetable daily, achieving both ease of use in cooking and deliciousness. It is Agriture's own manufacturing stance, achieving both reduced food loss and high-quality product making.
Uses off-spec fruit
We process by upcycling unused non-standard vegetables that are poorly shaped and would be discarded.
Drying tailored to the fruit
To make the most of each fruit's characteristics, we adjust the temperature—low or high—by variety.
Customized cutting
We change the cut by fruit, pursuing the deliciousness of the vegetables daily.

From what minimum lot can I order?
Dried fruit can be ordered from small quantities of 100g and up. We handle everything from small-quantity introduction at the prototyping and menu-verification stages to commercial orders of a kilogram or more. After checking flavor and usability with a small amount, you can also switch to mass-production lots.
Please tell me the items you handle.
We handle a wide range of dried fruit, centered on domestic products—pear, apple, yuzu, strawberry, mandarin, grape, fig, and more. In addition to Kyoto-grown Gold Nijisseiki pears, we can also accommodate fruit distinctive to various regions.
Can I specify the growing region?
Yes, it's possible. We accommodate requests such as "I want to use Kyoto-grown pears" or "I want to insist on a specific variety" by leveraging our nationwide network of contracted farmers. If you need proof of origin, please consult us.
Can I specify the cut size or shape?
We can accommodate shapes tailored to the use, such as slice, dice, whole, and powder. We propose the optimal shape matched to your product's characteristics, such as confectionery ingredients, toppings, granola, and gift products. We can also consult on adjusting the degree of drying and sugar content.
Do you use sugar or additives?
Agriture's dried fruit is finished by a method that uses no sugar or additives, making the most of the fruit's own sweetness and flavor. It is ideal for health-conscious product development and for brand building that makes the most of the ingredient.
How long does delivery take?
If off-the-shelf stock is available, delivery is generally possible in about 2–3 weeks. For new processing or specified raw materials, we use about 2–4 weeks as a guideline. Since fruit has a limited harvest season, please consult us early if you want a specific variety.

How consultation works
Scrollable
Inquiry / materials request
First, please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form or by phone. We welcome you even at the stage of “I want to know what kind of processing is possible” or “I want a rough idea of the price.” After you contact us, our staff will send you materials and take time to hear about your situation.
If you can give us a rough idea of the raw materials you currently have, the product image you are aiming for, and your sales destinations, our subsequent proposals will go smoothly. Please feel free to reach out with the mindset of simply “giving consultation a try.”
Consultation / meeting
Based on the content of your inquiry, we will talk in detail with our staff. Online or by phone, we carefully ask about points such as “what ingredients you want to use,” “what kind of product you want to make,” and “what your sales destinations and expected lots are.” At this stage, it is fine if some things are undecided.
While introducing the ingredients we handle and our processing track record, we will organize the direction together. As needed, we will also present proposals for processing methods and specifications and a quote at this time.
Prototype production / sample shipment
Based on the content of the consultation, we actually produce samples. While adjusting fine specifications such as drying temperature, cut size, and blend ratio, we aim for a finish close to your image. After you review the sample, we repeat prototyping multiple times as needed, incorporating feedback such as “make the texture a little softer” or “make the color more vivid.”
We handle this carefully until the finish is satisfactory, so even those tackling product development for the first time can feel at ease. We will inform you of the prototyping cost in advance.
Full production / product development
Based on the specifications confirmed in prototyping, we begin full production. After finalizing the production quantity, delivery date, packaging specifications, and more, we adjust the schedule. We maintain thorough quality control during production and respond with a consistent management structure so there is no unevenness in the finish. Finished products are inspected and delivered in the specified format.
Even after the first production, we flexibly handle requests for additional orders and specification changes, so we have a structure in place for a long-term partnership. Please feel free to consult us about lot adjustments to match sales after commercialization.
