農林水産省が推進する食育・食料安全保障の啓発プロジェクト「食から日本を考える。NIPPON FOOD SHIFT」のローリングストック特設ページに、株式会社Agritureが共同PRメンバーとして掲載されました。ローリングストックは普段の食品を多めに買い置きし消費しながら備蓄する防災の取り組みです。

ローリングストックとは

ローリングストックとは、普段から使う食品を少し多めに買い置きし、賞味期限を考えながら古いものから消費し、消費した分を買い足すことで、常に一定量の食品を家庭で備蓄する方法です。

非常食として保管するだけでなく、日常的に活用しながら災害時にも備えられる、無理のない防災の取り組みとして農林水産省が推進しています。
