Making use of domestically grown crops, we plan and manufacture food novelties that give form to a company's aspirations. We can flexibly accommodate everything from small lots to short lead times.
SDGs-Minded Product Development with Off-Spec Vegetables
Making use of domestically grown vegetables that couldn't enter distribution for reasons of appearance or size, we produce novelties that give form to a company's aspirations. We visualize contexts such as reducing waste loss and upcycling not as mere stories but as actual products.
We can design plans according to the use—small pouches for trade-show distribution, anniversary gift sets, limited products linked to CSR measures, and more. It suits companies that want to express SDGs efforts in a "form that gets across."
Speedy delivery in as short as 2 weeks!
Because we handle everything consistently—from raw material procurement to drying, filling, and packaging arrangement—delivery in as short as 2 weeks is possible. If existing raw materials are used, it can be shortened further in some cases.
Even if a trade show or event date is approaching, if you organize the quantity and specifications, we will present a realistic schedule. First, please consult us on the use and desired delivery date.
Small-lot support from 50 pouches
Beyond large-scale lots, manufacturing is possible from small lots of about 50 pouches. We also accommodate small-quantity needs such as test marketing, limited campaigns, and novelties for internal distribution.
We can also flexibly design the volume, packaging form, label design, corporate logo printing, and more. A design of starting small and expanding the rollout while watching the reaction is also possible.
Product Examples We Can Accommodate
Dried vegetables / dried fruit
Domestically grown dried vegetables, ideal for novelties distributed at trade shows and seminars. Prized for an appearance that makes the most of the ingredient's original color and shape, and high shelf stability. Being lightweight and storable at room temperature, they're perfect as a gift that appeals to a company's health and environmental consciousness. We also accommodate logo-printed packaging and gift specifications.
Vegetable coffee
Vegetable coffee, made by roasting Kyoto vegetables and fashioning them into a drip pack, is a caffeine-free, fragrant gift with a surprising appearance too. Popular as anniversary items and sustainable promotional goods, it allows proposals attuned to the drinker's health and environmental consciousness. We also accommodate logo-printed mounts and boxed specifications.
Vegetable tea / black tea
"Vegetable tea," blending dried vegetables as tea leaves so you can taste the ingredient's umami as-is. It pairs well with health- and beauty-themed products and is popular as perks and enclosed novelties. Rollouts in tea-bag or leaf type are possible, and we also accommodate original blends and brand-logo-printed packaging.

How consultation works
Scrollable
Inquiry / materials request
First, please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form or by phone. We welcome you even at the stage of “I want to know what kind of processing is possible” or “I want a rough idea of the price.” After you contact us, our staff will send you materials and take time to hear about your situation.
If you can give us a rough idea of the raw materials you currently have, the product image you are aiming for, and your sales destinations, our subsequent proposals will go smoothly. Please feel free to reach out with the mindset of simply “giving consultation a try.”
Consultation / meeting
Based on the content of your inquiry, we will talk in detail with our staff. Online or by phone, we carefully ask about points such as “what ingredients you want to use,” “what kind of product you want to make,” and “what your sales destinations and expected lots are.” At this stage, it is fine if some things are undecided.
While introducing the ingredients we handle and our processing track record, we will organize the direction together. As needed, we will also present proposals for processing methods and specifications and a quote at this time.
Prototype production / sample shipment
Based on the content of the consultation, we actually produce samples. While adjusting fine specifications such as drying temperature, cut size, and blend ratio, we aim for a finish close to your image. After you review the sample, we repeat prototyping multiple times as needed, incorporating feedback such as “make the texture a little softer” or “make the color more vivid.”
We handle this carefully until the finish is satisfactory, so even those tackling product development for the first time can feel at ease. We will inform you of the prototyping cost in advance.
Full production / product development
Based on the specifications confirmed in prototyping, we begin full production. After finalizing the production quantity, delivery date, packaging specifications, and more, we adjust the schedule. We maintain thorough quality control during production and respond with a consistent management structure so there is no unevenness in the finish. Finished products are inspected and delivered in the specified format.
Even after the first production, we flexibly handle requests for additional orders and specification changes, so we have a structure in place for a long-term partnership. Please feel free to consult us about lot adjustments to match sales after commercialization.

A message from the CEO
Value for vegetables with nowhere to go.
Hello, I’m Rei Kojima, CEO of Agriture Inc. Born and raised in Kyoto, what I encountered while studying agriculture at university was the reality of “non-standard vegetables”—produce that loses its place simply for being uneven in shape or size. Vegetables that farmers raised with great care cannot sell at fair prices.
Wanting to face that issue, I founded this company while still a student.
Being in a win-win relationship with farmers. That is our origin, and it remains our unwavering axis today. Giving new value to non-standard vegetables and serving as a “greengrocer” that connects farmers and consumers, we work on the survival of agriculture and food loss reduction.
