Agriture’s three strengths
OEM available with a minimum lot of 10 kg
Production is possible in small lots from 10 kg, reducing the risk of excess inventory. We also handle large lots, so leave large-scale production after test marketing to us as well.
Cut size can be customized
We ask about your commercialization wishes and adjust the optimal cutting method, size, and processing temperature. We can realize the product development you desire.
Small-pouch filling into original packaging also possible
We can also fill the manufactured product into your own packaging. Let’s create original products.
Processing formats we support
Drying (hot air)
We realize OEM with drying methods—low-temperature, high-temperature, and more—to match the requirements of the final product.
Grinding
Toward selling powder products, we also handle grinding from small lots.
Small-pouch filling
Small-pouch filling toward original products is also supported, and heat-sealing is possible too.

With slice cutting and chip processing, a difference of just a few millimeters in thickness greatly changes the texture and appearance. Of course we offer raw materials from our Kyoto-grown and domestic stock, but we also welcome brought-in inquiries such as “I want to commercialize vegetables harvested at my own farm” or “I want to process raw materials from a specified growing region.” While hearing about the use and the product image you aim for, we propose the optimal cut size and dry finish.

Other options
Development of PB / original products

“We want to make vegetable products under our own brand” “We want original items that showcase the character of the ingredients”
We respond to those needs consistently, from planning to production and packaging.
In addition to planning and producing original MIX products using over 30 kinds of dried vegetables, we also handle beverage OEM such as vegetable tea and vegetable coffee.
Cutting methods and manufacturing processes can be customized, and we flexibly handle new product development and made-to-order requests. You can consult us from small lots, so first please feel free to contact us.
Supported product categories (examples)
- Dried vegetables and dried Kyoto vegetables: selectable from over 50 ingredients, including Kyoto vegetables such as Kujo green onion, Kamo eggplant, and mibuna
- Vegetable powder: particle size adjustment to suit uses such as confectionery, beverages, and seasonings
- Vegetable tea and herb blends: design of original blends that make use of the aroma and color of ingredients
- Vegetable coffee: flavor design that makes use of vegetables and herbs. For health-oriented and gift uses
- Original MIX blends: proposals for vegetable combinations to match your concept
Past cases ↓
- We want to turn vegetables from our own farm into dried vegetables and develop a product
- For a new flavored-tea raw material, we want to dry and process herbs from our own farm
- We want to create a PB vegetable mix to sell on Amazon

The development of PB products centered on vegetables—dried vegetables, vegetable tea, vegetable coffee, and more—starts from the image of “to whom and in what setting you want to deliver it.” Is it for gifts, everyday use, or a health appeal? While hearing your concept, we design everything together, from ingredient selection to packaging. Please also consult us about product creation that upcycles non-standard vegetables or makes use of the Kyoto brand.

Novelty production

We produce dried vegetable novelties using non-standard and unused vegetables. To suit uses such as corporate promotional items, commemorative gifts, and trade show handouts, we can consistently handle everything from content design to packaging and delivery.
They are used by companies wanting to convey environmental consideration and a sense of story.
- Minimum lot from 500 bags
- Original design possible
- Broad support—vegetables, tea, coffee, and more
Past examples ↓
- Production of original dried vegetables for an event using a Kyoto vegetable mascot
→Case study here - Production of an original dried vegetable mix that pairs with ramen, timed to Food Loss Day

Compared with chocolate or baked sweets, vegetable novelties are still rare, and that alone gives a “not found elsewhere” impression. We are receiving more consultations from health-conscious staff and from companies wanting to showcase their SDGs and food-education efforts externally. While hearing what vegetables you want to use and in what setting you’ll hand them out, we think through ingredient selection and packaging together.

Our
features and strengths
We use non-standard vegetables as raw materials
The dried vegetables we manufacture in-house use non-standard-friendly vegetables sourced from partner farmers in Kyoto. Because the growing region and processing site are close by, we work to process them while they are fresh.
Around 100 items handled
Starting with Kyoto-grown dried vegetables, we handle dried vegetables and heirloom vegetables from all across Japan. We also handle around 10 kinds of domestic dried fruit.
We handle Kyoto vegetables and Japanese heirloom vegetables
We handle dried and powder products of Kyoto vegetables and heirloom vegetables that rarely reach the market, and we can source to suit your requests.
OEM and small-pouch filling available from small lots
Beyond selling the vegetables we handle in-house, we have a structure in place to process raw materials you bring in and to do small-pouch filling for commercialization, from small lots.
Extensive track record in OEM processing and novelties
Having started the business from our own brand, we have handled many OEM and novelty projects. Based on the know-how we have cultivated, we make the best proposals.
Members well-versed in the agricultural field
We advance our business drawing on members with over ten years of experience in the intermediate wholesale trade and backgrounds in the agriculture and food fields.

How consultation works
Inquiry / materials request
First, please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form or by phone. We welcome you even at the stage of “I want to know what kind of processing is possible” or “I want a rough idea of the price.” After you contact us, our staff will send you materials and take time to hear about your situation.
If you can give us a rough idea of the raw materials you currently have, the product image you are aiming for, and your sales destinations, our subsequent proposals will go smoothly. Please feel free to reach out with the mindset of simply “giving consultation a try.”
Consultation / meeting
Based on the content of your inquiry, we will talk in detail with our staff. Online or by phone, we carefully ask about points such as “what ingredients you want to use,” “what kind of product you want to make,” and “what your sales destinations and expected lots are.” At this stage, it is fine if some things are undecided.
While introducing the ingredients we handle and our processing track record, we will organize the direction together. As needed, we will also present proposals for processing methods and specifications and a quote at this time.
Prototype production / sample shipment
Based on the content of the consultation, we actually produce samples. While adjusting fine specifications such as drying temperature, cut size, and blend ratio, we aim for a finish close to your image. After you review the sample, we repeat prototyping multiple times as needed, incorporating feedback such as “make the texture a little softer” or “make the color more vivid.”
We work carefully with you until you are satisfied with the result, so even first-time product developers can feel at ease. The prototype fee is 30,000 yen per item per run (excl. tax, paid in advance).
Full production / product development
Based on the specifications confirmed in prototyping, we begin full production. After finalizing the production quantity, delivery date, packaging specifications, and more, we adjust the schedule. We maintain thorough quality control during production and respond with a consistent management structure so there is no unevenness in the finish. Finished products are inspected and delivered in the specified format.
Even after the first production, we flexibly handle requests for additional orders and specification changes, so we have a structure in place for a long-term partnership. Please feel free to consult us about lot adjustments to match sales after commercialization.
A message from the CEO
To become a presence like a “greengrocer”
Hello, I’m Rei Kojima, CEO of Agriture Inc. Born and raised in Kyoto, what I encountered while studying agriculture at university was the reality of “non-standard vegetables”—produce that loses its place simply for being uneven in shape or size. Vegetables that farmers raised with great care cannot sell at fair prices.
Wanting to face that issue, I founded this company while still a student.
Being in a win-win relationship with farmers. That is our origin, and it remains our unwavering axis today. Giving new value to non-standard vegetables and serving as a “greengrocer” that connects farmers and consumers, we work on the survival of agriculture and food loss reduction.
