Small-Pouch Filling OEM, Starting from Small Lots

  • "A major OEM turned down my small lot"
  • "I want just a small quantity bagged for a trade show or promotion"
  • "I want to test-market a new product while keeping inventory risk low"

Small-pouch filling is a key step in making a product easy to hand out, easy to try, and easy to deliver. Yet many OEM manufacturers assume large lots for the sake of production efficiency, and the reality is that small-lot requests are rarely accepted. At Agriture, we offer a service that fills only the quantity you need into small pouches, handling a wide range of raw materials such as powders, granules, and dried ingredients. From prototypes and sample distribution to novelties and test sales, we respond flexibly to your intended use. We'll walk first-time clients carefully through the process, so please feel free to get in touch.

Features

Small-lot filling supported

We take on small-pouch filling from small quantities that major OEMs find difficult to handle. Because we can produce exactly the quantity you need, you can easily get started with prototyping new products, test marketing, and novelty production without carrying the risk of excess inventory.

Features

Support for diverse materials and pouch formats

We can fill a wide range of raw materials, including powders, granules, dried vegetables, tea leaves, and herbs. We propose the optimal pouch format—stick type, three-side seal, pillow pouch, and more—to match your intended use and brand world.

Features

Integrated support from raw material procurement

Agriture's strength lies in handling dried vegetable and powder raw materials, allowing us to complete everything from procurement to filling in-house. There's no need to coordinate back and forth across multiple vendors, which greatly reduces communication costs and delivery-time losses.

We also handle processing like this

Diverse materials, small-lot filling

We support a wide range of material forms—powders, granules, dried chips, solids—and can fill from small volumes of just a few grams per pouch in small-lot units. From prototypes and sample distribution to novelties and test sales, we produce only what you need with no waste, enabling product rollouts that keep inventory risk low.

Packaging material procurement and proposals

You can consult us on everything from procuring the packaging material best suited to your product—stick pouches, three-side seals, four-side seals, pillow pouches, and more. We propose options tailored to your intended use and brand world, from the material (aluminum, clear film, etc.) and size to whether printing is included. There's no need to arrange materials separately, and everything proceeds in one stop.

Sealing, labeling, and packing

After filling, we can handle sealing, label application, best-before date printing, and boxing into outer packaging. We deliver the product finished and ready to ship or sell as is, so no additional work is required on your end.

Recent processing cases

Lotus root powder filling

We received a request to fill a lotus root powder product that we had manufactured. We filled it into small pouches at 100g each for delivery. For dried goods, we handle everything from receiving the raw material through drying and grinding in a single seamless flow.See our drying processing service here

Filling for novelties

We handled filling and label application for original novelty packaging used as promotional items. The labels were supplied by the client, and we procured the materials. This service can also be used for events.

Other patterns of requests we receive

I want to put samples and testers into small pouches

How consultation works

Inquiry / materials request

First, please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form or by phone. We welcome you even at the stage of “I want to know what kind of processing is possible” or “I want a rough idea of the price.” After you contact us, our staff will send you materials and take time to hear about your situation.

If you can give us a rough idea of the raw materials you currently have, the product image you are aiming for, and your sales destinations, our subsequent proposals will go smoothly. Please feel free to reach out with the mindset of simply “giving consultation a try.”

Consultation / meeting

Based on the content of your inquiry, we will talk in detail with our staff. Online or by phone, we carefully ask about points such as “what ingredients you want to use,” “what kind of product you want to make,” and “what your sales destinations and expected lots are.” At this stage, it is fine if some things are undecided.

While introducing the ingredients we handle and our processing track record, we will organize the direction together. As needed, we will also present proposals for processing methods and specifications and a quote at this time.

Prototype production / sample shipment

Based on the content of the consultation, we actually produce samples. While adjusting fine specifications such as drying temperature, cut size, and blend ratio, we aim for a finish close to your image. After you review the sample, we repeat prototyping multiple times as needed, incorporating feedback such as “make the texture a little softer” or “make the color more vivid.”

We handle this carefully until the finish is satisfactory, so even those tackling product development for the first time can feel at ease. We will inform you of the prototyping cost in advance.

Full production / product development

Based on the specifications confirmed in prototyping, we begin full production. After finalizing the production quantity, delivery date, packaging specifications, and more, we adjust the schedule. We maintain thorough quality control during production and respond with a consistent management structure so there is no unevenness in the finish. Finished products are inspected and delivered in the specified format.

Even after the first production, we flexibly handle requests for additional orders and specification changes, so we have a structure in place for a long-term partnership. Please feel free to consult us about lot adjustments to match sales after commercialization.
