Packaging
We offer several types so you can choose to suit your purpose. You can also supply your own bags (materials handling fee of 5,000 yen).
Choose by shape and function
Resealable zipper bags, bags with a window to show the contents, simple flat bags and more. Choose according to your use.
Choose by material
From clear film and elegant translucent film to highly light-blocking aluminum and kraft-paper-style biomass material. Match the nature of the contents and how you want to present your brand.
Choose by size
From small sizes for samples to larger ones holding around 300g. Choose based on how much you want to put in.
Specific bag types, sizes and material costs can be chosen in the quote form while viewing photos.
Price
The total is "materials + filling work + selected options" multiplied by the number of bags. You pay nothing for options you don't use.

Besides bagging tea leaves as is, we can individually pack them in tagged mesh filters before bagging. The tag hooks over a cup, so the product is ready to brew as is.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum lot?
We accept orders from 500 bags for every packaging type. We do not take smaller quantities because the setup work for filling doesn't pay off at that volume.
Can you fill bags that I provide?
Yes. In that case, a materials handling fee of 5,000 yen (packaging and labels) applies instead of the packaging materials cost. However, we need to confirm whether the bags can be heat sealed, so please be sure to send actual samples before ordering.
Can you mix multiple raw materials before filling?
Yes. The work cost for weighing and mixing each raw material before filling is 130 yen/bag (75 yen/bag when filling a single item or a pre-blended product as is).
Can you also make the food labeling sticker for the back?
Yes. We create labels tailored to your product showing the name, ingredients, net quantity, storage method, seller, manufacturer, nutrition facts, best-before date and barcode, and apply them. Application costs 15 yen (excl. tax) per location, and a back label also counts as one location.
Can you put tea leaves into tea bags before bagging?
Yes. We individually pack them in tagged mesh filters and then bag them. The filters measure 65×80mm outside, are 100 mesh and hold up to 5g of tea leaves each. Filter material costs and filling fees can be checked in the quote form.
Do you have measures against moisture and oxidation?
Desiccants and oxygen absorbers can be included free of charge. If light shielding is needed, please choose aluminum bags.
Can you make coffee drip bags?
Yes, but costs vary with the composition of the raw material and the roast level, so they are quoted individually.

Label sticker application
15 yen per location (excl. tax). A back label also counts as one location (front and back together come to 30 yen per bag).
Here is a sample back label
The label lists the name, ingredients, net contents, storage method, seller, manufacturer, nutrition facts, best-before date and barcode (approximate size: 62×70mm). Wording and nutrition values are created to match the actual product.
The cost of creating the back label is included in the application charge. We can also apply back labels you supply.
Front design sticker design
If you supply design data, there is no design fee. If we create the design, it is quoted separately.
Desiccant (silica gel) pack included
We include a desiccant pack when the contents are sensitive to moisture.
Oxygen absorber included
We include an oxygen absorber when you want to limit oxidation and mold.
