The lineup includes about 20 varieties such as onion, carrot, and Kyoto vegetables. Glucose-free and additive-free, and dried at low temperature—close to sun-drying—to concentrate the ingredients’ original umami and nutrition. It gives new value to vegetables that would otherwise have nowhere to go, addressing food loss reduction and the survival of regional agriculture. Winner of a Topawards Asia award and selected for the Japan Package Design Awards.
