Kiwifruit is a fruit with a good balance of tartness and sweetness, also known for being rich in vitamin C and dietary fiber.

Carefully drying sliced Japanese-grown kiwi at low temperature produced a finish in which the tartness remained in good measure while the sweetness was concentrated. The characteristic crunch of kiwi seeds is intact as well, making it a satisfying material to eat as a snack on its own.

Dried kiwi has broad potential applications as an ingredient for granola and muesli, a topping material for confectionery, and a raw material for snacks. Dried fruit made from Japanese-grown fruit is a field of growing demand as a differentiating material for gift items and premium lines.

Agriture offers OEM manufacturing of dried vegetables and fruits, as well as proposals for commercial raw materials. We welcome inquiries about processing dried kiwi, starting from the prototype stage.

Dried turnip can be expected to attract commercial interest as a material for soups, simmered dishes, and pickles, and if processed into powder, it can also be used as a raw material for baby food and nursing-care food. Turnip's characteristic gentle flavor is a material well compatible with children's foods and products for the elderly.

Features of dried kiwi and points to note about the material

Dried kiwi is a material made by slicing and drying kiwifruit. With a good balance of tartness and sweetness, it can be eaten as a snack as is, and is also widely used as a blending ingredient for granola, confectionery, and trail mix. Drying softens the tartness somewhat and concentrates the sweetness, giving it a flavor profile different from fresh kiwi.Dried kiwi product pageyou can confirm the existing specifications here.

Green kiwi vs. gold kiwi

The taste and color of dried kiwi differ by variety.
