Since its founding in Shanghai, China in 2014 by Simba Events, it has been held annually, and many companies and experts take part as a place to share the latest industry trends, technologies, products, and marketing strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"index_wBrupEP6\">Event content<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FBIF offers a diverse program of forums, exhibitions, awards, and salons. In the forum, over 200 industry leaders take the stage to discuss functional foods, product development, global expansion, and marketing strategies. At the FBIF Food Innovation Expo, over 600 companies exhibit and introduce new products such as dairy, beverages, snacks, and functional foods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Particularly notable are the \"FBIF Wow Food Awards,\" which honor innovative products and packaging and set new standards in the food industry.
